We sent Henryk back into the mist again today. The suit held though I suspect a leak. Henryk at dinner kept talking to the ship's cat Tommy as though they were a person. When questioned Henryk said it was rude of us to not respond to Tommy's questions. I will be keeping a closer eye on Henyk.

What is the Land in Mist?

The Land In The Mist is a horror tabletop RPG focused on providing 18th century occult-centered adventures. This document gives you the basic rules to play the system and also provides a sample adventure to play through. This system only uses d6.

Characters are created by living through their lives in a series of time jumps allowing you to quickly generate the events that occurred during their lives that made them who they are. The system lets you create imperfect characters that are the perfect fit for any kind of occult-based story. 

Adventures are easy to run and the system is designed with a narrative-first approach, enabling you to make terrifying encounters that are hard to forget.

Sample Adventure: The Lost Solider

A soldier called Yuri has gone awol from the local barracks. The party is tasked with travelling to the hamlet of Tardid to bring him back. The soldier is well-liked and his comrades of the barracks fear something terrible has befallen him. Will the players discover what has happened to poor Yuri or will they go missing as well?
